职位描述：

岗位职责：
 
1. Ensuring and support the sites’ manufacturing. Ensure plant following all the technical instructions, monitoring the production to ensure quality and yield.
支持工厂的正常生产，确保工厂按照所有发布的技术文件执行生产，监控生产过程确保产品质量与产量
2. The execution of process related improvement projects. Support the new product trial run and mass production introduction.
执行工艺改进相关的项目, 支持新产品的试制与批量生产导入。
3. Technically analyzing production process issues and proposing the solutions.
对生产现场出现的问题进行技术分析，并提供解决方案
4. Assisting production supervisors to do the staff technical training and examine.
支持生产部对生产员工进行培训与考核。
5. Cooperate with other departments to improving the process capability, equipment reliability, product quality, yield rate productivity performance.
与其他部门共同合作，提高工艺过程能力，设备可靠性，产品质量，产品产量与生产效率。
6. Cooperate with C&D other factories for new process introduction and process design and improvement.
与西恩迪其他工厂进行新工艺引进与工艺开发与改进。
7. Process documentation work.

任职要求：

岗位要求：
1.    Bachelor or master degree in Mechanical engineering,or industry related major.
机械专业或其他工科专业本科以上学历。
2.   Good communication skill,
优秀的沟通技能。
3.   1+ year working experience on manufacture industry.
一年以上制造业工作经验。
4.   Working experience in battery industry is highly preferred.
具有电池行业工作经验者优先考虑。
5.   Good written and listen English is highly preferred.
英文读写听说优秀的优先考虑。
6.   Willing to learn.
