Job Responsibilities:
1. Polymer test and characterization by smart method (10%)
a. FTIR,DSC,Chromatography Test, Mechanical test
b. Basic aging test by chamber
c. Creat new test sequence for material verification
d. Creat new test method for material aging
2. Co-work with 3th party and university for fundamental analysis of material reliability (10%)
a. Setup co-work relationship with 3party and university
b. Academic paper and material research progress maintain
c. Fundamental analysis of polymer
3. Material processing benchmarking of EVA/Back-sheet (10%)
a. Material processing benchmarking
b. Raw material in-line / off-line monitor
4. Field Test and power station performance analysis (10%)
a. Field test for CTM performance in small grid(for new technology, such as 3M reflection tape,
new reflection Texture ribbon or B/S and high trans. ARC )
b. Material performance collection and analysis of power station for material research
5. New material introduction for CTM and Cost down (60%)
a. Trial run
b. Material Spec and TA
c. Basic work for introduction

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, Master is better, major in Polymer or Material related.
2. English is good in writing and speaking.
3. More than 5 years’ experiences, experience on EVA and B/S in university or material manufacturer is perfect.
