JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Provide guidance and oversite with the production, need to ensure that electronic equipment, instruments, and products meet specifications on the production line
2.Circuit design and PCB layout design for production test fixture
3.Digital and analog circuit troubleshooting
4.Development of software for production fixtures
5.Prototype fabrication for both electronic and mechanical
6.Introduce efficient and cost effective production line methods
7.Sourcing components, both electrical and mechanical
8.Support of electro-mechanical mechanisms
9.Use test equipment such as oscilloscopes and multi-meter at production line
10.Perform detailed test and analysis of products including 2.4GHz RF systems
11.Coordinate and organize with Production and QA for the pilot run
12.Document processing, such as BOM, working instruction and product specifications produced
REQUIRED AND QUALIFICATIONS
1.Degree in Electronic Engineering and minimum 8 years of applicable experience.
2.Hands-On digital and analog circuits experience
3.Familiarity with PADs and Or Cad for Circuit and Layout Design
4.Knowledge of micro-controller architectures including Atmel, TI and Microchip
5.Knowledge of assembly and embedded C programming
6.Familiarity with IAR Embedded Workbench and Atmel Studio platform will be in advance
7.Ability to use simple analyzers, and RF test equipment
8.Familiarity with Microcontroller Flash and EEPROM programming
9.Experience with engineering documentation, change control methods, quality control & inspection, problem solving, and customer support.
10.Strong communication and interpersonal skills
11.Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese
