职位描述：: 本科以上学历，英语四级以上（说读写流利），需要对电池制造工艺开发管理等有至少三年以上的实际操作经验。尤其对组装、化成、分容及电池组结构等丰富经验。1. Manage and improve assembly and formation technology; direct the assembly and formation manufacture2. Design engineering experiments and develop new technologies.Position Qualifications: List the minimum education, formal training, and experience required to perform this position:Bachelor degree or above, have at least 3 years practical operation experience in battery process workmanship management, especially have rich experience in assembly, formation & sorting and packing structure development.
